• Coaching and mentoring of the project managers;
• Responsible for overall compliance of the comprised projects to established processes.

• Identification and mobilization of the appropriate resources (manpower and other) required in delivering the project;
• Identification, quantification and management of the project risks and issues, project changes and budget;
• Project closure management;
• Ensuring timely and accurate evidence is provided for billing customer funded projects.
