• Project Management team supervising – 18 PMs and PMOs in 3 geographical locations;
• Responsibility for governance of all transition projects from IBM UKI to Poland;
• Monitoring progress of all projects within the program;
• Managing program level risks, issues and escalations;
• Project allocation to project managers;
• Coaching and mentoring of the project managers;
• Responsible for overall compliance of the comprised projects to established processes.

• Project scope definition and project plans development (areas: Service Management, Server System Operations, End User Services, Security and Risk Management);
• Taking on the leadership of the project or section of a programme;
• Liaising with the project sponsor / customer representative regarding project objectives, deliverables and timescales (including regular status reporting);
• Identification and mobilization of the appropriate resources (manpower and other) required in delivering the project;
• Identification, quantification and management of the project risks and issues, project changes and budget;
• Project closure management;
• Ensuring timely and accurate evidence is provided for billing customer funded projects.

• Project Management and Process Coordination
• Product creation projects, cooperation between sales and content departments in Germany, Poland and Romania; 5 people team
• Quality Assurance
• Checking the quality of everyday work and Defect Prevention; quality assessments for 15 employees.

• Improving the functionality of the product catalog and Ciao Comparison Shopping Platform;
• Working with large amounts of data;
• Ongoing maintenance and development of the product catalog;
• Working with online tools to support matching offers with products in Ciao catalog;
• Creating product pages and descriptions for technical and other categories.

• Finding sales representatives;
• Events organizing (clubs and pubs).
• Selling advertising space;
• Contact with the customers;
• Distribution agreements (pubs, restaurants, cinemas etc.);
