• Co-management of one of the systems of the bank,
o Gathering and clarifying business requirements through ongoing active relationships with the
key stakeholders,
• Work with the Product Owners and Development Teams to manage the product backlog of prioritized user stories.
• Elaborate requirements and break down to detailed functional specs through creation of
user/process flow diagrams, data models or other methods to facilitate understanding and
alignment of requirements,

o Analysis and documentation of new & existing business

o Making Sprint Planning and Sprint Review,
o Requirements validation,
o Risks forecasting,
o Requirements management,
o Making Sprint Retrospective,
o Project Management.
• Provides management reporting on test execution progress and
results,
o Validating new functionalities through manual test cases.
• Error Reporting with Redmine and JIRA.
• Maintenance of systems applications.
o Providing technical quality and guidance to the projects
and resources,
o Support the client and operations teams
post-implementation.
• Provide guidance & clarity, facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Engaging with Product Managers to review and approve finished development work before release
into production.
