Provides technical expertise, research, and analysis in support of the integration of tools and systems entering the Global Navigation Services (GNS) organization. Offers knowledge and understanding of production systems, processes, and data; has an understanding of the interdependencies across multiple production systems, processes, and data in relation to Jeppesen’s core products and services. Supports portfolio management and business analysis activities by providing technical research and analysis on proposed system development, enhancements, and/or data modifications to help determine feasibility, cost, impact, and compatibility with current production systems. Acts as a technical liaison between the GNS production organization and information technology professionals, providing validation of end user roles and expertise in regards to production system functionality, interoperability, and dependencies. Leads and facilitates systems integration activities to ensure the effective and efficient transition of new tools and systems deployed to the GNS production environment.

Provides system-level analysis and support of complex multi-user production systems, hardware and software tools, and databases. Identifies innovative solutions for optimizing production systems/tools focused on improving efficiency and minimizing system downtime. Involved in all aspects of the software lifecycle; design, development, testing, implementation, installation, training, and support. Provides an in depth knowledge and understanding of production systems, processes, and data; fully understands the interdependencies of those production systems, processes, and data in relation to Jeppesen's core products and services.
