Working on the Strategic Risk Program (Independent Price Verification program) in scrum methodology.

Business Analyst tasks:
gathering business requirements; performing As Is – To Be analysis; functional and UX design and testing; building relations between CFO Change and PC IT development team; training new team members;

Project Management tasks:
responsible for managing regression testing – this includes project life cycle from analysis implementation, test planning and monitoring of testing execution status performed by QA team in India as well as the lessons learned and new QA team members training; working with the development team on the issues and their resolution;

Managing Accounts Payable for UK & Ireland – 17 FTE: 2 coordinators and 15 Jr Accountants; close cooperation with all F&A functions and HR; monitoring processes and executing SLA, reporting in the Balanced Scorecard; coordinating Month End process; recruiting staff;

Creating accounting/process training programs; delivering training/presentations; standardizing processes; creating and developing procedures, manuals and processes documentation; testing Oracle APPO improvements;

Coordinating 6 people team; Monitoring issues on daily basis and supporting team; Reporting; Improving processes / workflow locally and with associated countries;

Accurate processing of significant number of invoices; coordinating the Purchase Order review process; working with Nordic F&A on the current processes and their improvement; contacting vendors in case of missing invoices and payments;
