Key responsibility areas:
• Measure, analyse and follow retail and dealer credit risk indicators. Alert senior management in case of detection of a level of risk inconsistent with the budget commitment of the subsidiary.
• Control the performance of local risk managers through regular monthly video conference calls, Basel II indicators and country risk reports.
• Pilot the acceptance policy: determine acceptance cut off levels depending on budget targets, cost of risk and profitability.
• Determine the cost of risk level for each subsidiary to be used for the budget and forecasts.
• Verify from risk point of view decision notes received from subsidiaries, particularly those linked to launching of new products and developments of acceptance / collection process.
• Control the risk management policy implementation in newly created subsidiaries.
• Provide operational comments on regular risk scorecards’ back tests (underwriting scorecards, behavioural scorecards).

Controlling Department - Management Controller
Main responsibilities in the Controlling Department of Renault Credit International:
* Preparing monthly management accounts including reports on budget variances;
* Provisioning of regular cash flow information to assist Company plan payments;
* Providing Directors/Senior managers with answers to ad hoc requests for financial analysis;
* Ensuring any surplus funds are invested to best return;
* Managing the company’s treasury requirements;
* Reviewing and arranging insurances, including assets, professional indemnity, travel and events;
* Duties of development, implementation and operation of systems and procedures to ensure integrity of accounting information and safe custody of assets;
* Annually, preparation of detailed financial budgets and cashflows working closely with budget holders and line managers;
* Supporting CFO with preparation of the budget, forecast and midterm plan;
* Supporting the CFO during acquisitions, business plan set up and other individual projects;
* Attendance at Finance Committee meetings and responsibility for minutes;
* Ensuring appropriate expenditure records maintained and reporting to grant awarding authorities as required;
*Continuously developing new approaches and practises to improve the overall efficiency and control of the finance department;
* Ensuring world class execution in all activities including Financial Reporting, statutory accounts/audit and monthly budget reports to local management, forecasts to high quality standards and according to deadline;
* Coordination with all departments to ensure the financial targets are achieved and take lead in cost reduction programs;
* Cost of risk calculation and management (leasing and credit clients), attendance at Risk Committee, preparing analysis for Risk Director and Senior Managers;
* Residual value risk calculation;
* Participation in tarification process in close cooperation with Marketing Department;
* Financial control of reportings from Baltic States partners.
