Banking Operations Specialist / Implementation Manager
- Management and coordination of Card Migration Project (creating bank procedures, overseeing
migration progress of 60 companies, reporting for supervisors)
- Providing Customer Support on daily basis (payment investigations, internet banking,
auditors request, opening accounts, overdrafts, automated sweeps, etc.)
- Cash management support - setting parameters in the bank’s systems, manually booking fees and charges, creating internal reports, cooperation with other departments and sites, administration
