Product Manager Assistant/Junior Product Manager - Commerce Dep.– Responsibilities include: proper execution of trading terms, price negotiations, trade offers pre-selection, preparing sales and margin reports, invoice matching, constant cooperation with vendors, resolving problems occurring in our shops, organizing of promotion action, inserting sales and purchase prices, updating information regarding our assortment (bar codes, logistic data etc.). Preparing analysis’s for negotiation and carrying out those negotiation with the suppliers.

Management trainee program – program for potential managers. During this program I went through several positions in Ahold stores as well as in international projects. I was deputy manager of fresh food dep. in hypermarket Kędzierzyn - Koźle. I spend one month in our distribution center in Będzin familiarizing with modern way of FMCG distribution. I spend two months in our hypermarket in Olkusz on non-food department. I was a participant in two projects. In first, I was the project owner. This project concerned optimization and consolidations of purchase terms for bakery ingredients among three countries (Poland, Czech and Slovakia). In second one which concerned optimization and unification of sells space in our 200 stores, I was the project coordinator.

Providing customer service in a scope of home appliance goods. Responsibilities included advising, selling, dealing with warranty enquirers.
