APAC Onboarding Specialist
-Leading a team of professional compliance officers;
-Onboarding of new clients of Investment Bank;
-Dealing with ad hoc onboarding requests;
-Collecting documentation in line with local regulators requirements using appropriate research tools and external data sources, such as Dun & Bradstreet, Bankers Almanac, company registries, regulator's websites (ASIC, FINRA, SFC, MAS, etc)
-Ensuring clients meet applicable AML/KYC requirements and that the appropriate AML/KYC process is followed for all new client mandates to mitigate risk;
-Understanding client's ownership structures;
-Providing AML/KYC support to the sales teams;
-Performing negative news&sanctions searches, RepRisk&PEP escalations;
-Risk classification of clients
-creating SOP's after transition of new responsibilities
-KPI reporting

KYC Senior Review Analyst
-comprehensive front-to-back review of client KYC information for all active clients;
-build knowledge of corporate documentation and structure to ensure that AML risk is mitigated according to UBS standards;
-understand how to correctly and diligently run negative news checks, identify red flag situations, escalate higher risk and other AMLC situations, perform sanctions searches, and find supporting evidence needed by the Negative News Team when requested.
