Overall responsibility for the management of a Warsaw-based schools network operated by Kidzcorner sp. z o.o., namely:
Sales – developing and implementing the company’s sales strategy and sales objectives to support organizational direction (e.g. tailoring the value proposition to target clients – corporate entities and individuals), ongoing market research and consequent modification of objectives, developing a pricing strategy / model for each school, maintaining long-lasting client relationships, conducting training for staff on sales to new clients, etc.
Marketing and advertising – developing marketing communication plans, including marketing materials, outdoor advertising plans, internet promotion (web page positioning, Google Adwords), on-going analysis of marketing tools effectiveness, building a new web page (platform / IT tools, graphic design, layout and content)
Business expansion – developing new school roll-out plans, new location search and selection, contacts with developers, preparing financial simulations of location profitability, negotiating property lease agreements, handling of administration procedures in various institutions (Building Supervisory Authority, Health & Safety, etc.) in connection with launches of new locations, including zoning and building permits, usurfruct rights, etc.
Recruitment and employment of educators (22 persons) and other staff (administrative and kitchen personel of 5 persons) – conducting interviews, competency assessment, signing of employment contracts (labour and other civil contracts), etc.
Corporate compliance – supervising corporate financial and legal matters, on-going contacts with accounting, reporting to investors/shareholders, budgeting, organizing shareholders’ meetings, contacts with legal council, etc.
Educational matters – initiating and supervising various educational projects, including the Kidacorner English Language Program for Bilingual Learners, UNESCO, Green Flag/EcoSchools, etc.
Purchasing – organizing tenders (np. building / construction subcontractors), negotiations with vendors (np. catering company, web positioning services), etc.
Sale / purchase of schools – contacts with potential investors, negotiations, financial and legal aspects of sales/purchase transaction
