Responsibilities and duties: Execution of company strategy in terms of quality and technology. Optimization of technological processes, recipes and products, implementation of innovations (e.g. new recipes, sterile filtration, MES), maintaining the quality assurance systems, managing the quality department including laboratory. Leading of the Progressive Quality pillar: DCS, FTR, RCFA, 5S, SPC, Kaizen, improvement teams focused on defects and losses (cost) reduction and quality improvement. Engagement in WCBO project (lean organization). Compliant management. Auditing of raw material suppliers. Ensuring compliance of corporate food safety rules with local ones. Responsibility for cleaning and disinfection services. Structured reporting of KPI’s and quality performance to Group Quality Director.
