Account Manager
I am the first point of contact for key enterprise customers, acting as the bridge between the client and operational delivery teams.
My key responsibility is governance across all areas of services including service management, incident and change management, customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.
- responsible for coordinating the delivery of services into key enterprise customers,
- building a personal relationship with key client staff,
- monitoring overall performance of services,
- good communication around issues and opportunities – make things happen,
- removing all obstacles to customer satisfaction and / or financial performance,
- supporting coordination of financial management (for commercial data review, preparation of invoices and support with corrective actions),
- ensuring contracted costs are proactively monitored and met within agreed budgets,
- coordinating Change Requests with the customer, including preparation of required documentation and contractual changes as applicable,
- being responsible for Dispute and Escalation Management, Quality controlling.
