Responsible for performance management, new recruitment and budget for payroll, consultancy, training, travel and entertainment.
Defining long-term strategy for portals area to ensure reaching financial targets, technological and business company growth in that area. Ensuring that strategy and initiatives are implemented, promoted and followed.
Responsible for sales support within portals area, presentation, offers, defining and management of project scope.
