Responsibilities:

- Supervision and implementation of the budget of the center,
- The creation and implementation of marketing strategy - increasing the number of events in the center, maintaining a constant number of customers with an overall downward trend in the country,
- Preparation and execution of tenders - also a greater work in the center,
- Leasing passage - improved revenues from the stands serial passage,
- Current analyzes turnover, attendance, debt cooperation with the Department of the lease and reporting to the owner of the center

- Organization and coordination of events and promotional campaigns,
- Creating the image of the center and sales campaigns,
- Cooperation with marketing, PR and event agencies,
- Current analysis of competition – new investments, expansion, management companies, general contractors,
- Analysis of new investments taking into account the range of influence, the statistics of the region and competition,
- Analysis of the turnover of tenants,
- Analysis of the attendance of pedestrian in the center,
- Preparation of marketing budgets and business plans for the facility,
- Rental of advertising space and common areas in the center,
- Representation of the company in relations with local authorities and control bodies,
- Cooperation with other departments of the company: finance, debt collection, leasing, IT,
- Maintaining a constant relationship with tenants,
- Supervising and coordinating the cleaning company, security and maintenance of green,
- Participation in the process of acquisition of property by tenant,
- Cooperation with the general contractor for construction troubleshooting,
- Transmission losses to the insurer.
