• At Tomlinsons have been lucky enough to be a part of the changes and expansion of the business to make it one of the largest independent dairy in the UK
• Oversaw the introduction of the 90 million liters from Sainsbury. Installation of the fillers, first milk robot packer in the country.
• Implemented new CMMS to control, budget/spends, preventative maintenance, works order requests from the site and stock control on parts.
• Oversee a team of 21 people within the processing, packing and site utilities teams as well as working on project development.
• Working close with Health Safety and Environmental Manager. Implementing changes to equipment and systems on site.
• Managing contractors and service contracts.
• Improved equipment uptime from 70 to 93% over last 12 months.
• Restructure engineering department
