=> In charge of Aftermarket Project Department (Remanufacturing Development Center) - 4 Project Teams (4 managers, 20 team members):
1. P10 - Remanufactured alternators / starters (pass cars, HD) - new technologies, transfer projects
2. P10 - Remanufactured alternators / starters (pass cars)
3. P1 - New starters / alternators (pass cars, HD, automotive & non-automotive applications)
4. P0 - Process optimization, R&D projects, P-30 plan

=> Responsible for development of all European new range extension programs for OEM (automotive & non-automotive) & OES (all leading car manufacturers) & IAM customers
=> Responsible for transfer of products from OEM plant to AFT plant
=> Follow-up of OEM changes and their implementation to AFT activities
=> Customer technical support
=> Co-operation with other departments: Program, Production, Process, R&D, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, Commercial / Marketing, Finance on new businesses and launching of new developments
=> Technical negotiations on process / product / validation specs with customers, frequent visits to customers sites
=> Preparation and organisation of customer visits & audits on the site (Daimler, Fiat, GM, Ford, PSA, JLR, Nissan, ...)
=> Leading training / presentations for other commercial & technical departments (world wide) and customers
=> Managing RFI, RFQ
=> Team assessment / training / recruitment / project review / monthly meetings
=> Reporting to Product Line Director & Projects Director & Site (Plant) Director
=> Working on efficiency improvement of projects output & team members flexibility
=> Projet Depertment Budget management

=> In charge of Project Team (10 team members)
=> Responsible for development and industralization of re-manufactured and new alternators and starters
=> Responsible for development of new range extension programs for OES (all leading car manufacturers) & IAM customers
=> Responsible for transfer projects from OEM plant to AFT plant

=> Definition of validation plans.
=> Coordination of mock-up / prototype / product validation.
=> Leading projects from Conceptual Phase trough Design, Design / Product / Process Validation up to Production Launch phase.

=> Development & design of exhaust systems on VW applications (Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda) - from prototype phase to series production.
=> Close co-operation with FEM & R&D engineers on design optimisation.
=> Preparing technical documentation & 3D models of exhaust system elements.
=> Member of DFMEA team.
=> Designing production gauges and tooling.
=> Design Leader in General Motors team.
=> Frequent visits (15 months in total) to German plant (Gillet - Edenkoben) to support local project team.

=> Working on dissertation: "Aid of design process of machine elements with application of artificial neural networks".
=> Conducting classes with students.
=> Participation and presenting articles on artificial neural network applications at international scientific conferences.
