Scheduling Support Team Leader
• Managing team of 12 professionals being first point of contact for customers and being responsible for execution of truck delivery schedule. Managing 24/7 operations in 3 countries (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg), 1000 customers, 70 trucks/day.
• Monitoring timely and successful issue resolution according to agreed SLAs and road safety rules. Reporting and follow up on hauliers incompliance and performance.
• Coordinating actions with internal and external stakeholders (hauliers, terminals, road transport, sales representatives, credit team) in case of delivery constraints.
• Monitoring operational indicators to track quality and team performance
• Leading and taking part in continuous improvement initiatives aiming at raising quality, delivery efficiency, reduction of mistakes and rework.
• Focus on customer satisfaction improvement and quality improvement through addressing customer complaints and engaging other teams.
• Managing subordinate’s performance through set of operational KPIs and review of behavioural competences. Responsible for recruitment processes in the team.

• Preparing fuels delivery schedule for the coming shifts. Solving current issues, dispatching trucks in line with safety rules and at lowest cost possible. Helping customers in urgent need of product, not to risk product stockout.
• Managing fleet with hauliers, negotiating and balancing fleet.
• Contact with customers and internal business partners regarding upcoming special events, special delivery requirements, constraints.
• Stock level monitoring, tracking product offtake at the depot and demand at retail sites.
