• Searching for opportunities of process improvement and new technology implementation across all domains,
• Managing and coordinating team of specialists (10+) in process improvement department,
• Providing consultancy in the areas of optimization, implementation and improvements of business and financial processes,
• Managing projects aiming to increase process efficiency and cost reduction,
• Supporting BPO transitions,
• Translating business needs described by operation teams into technical language,
• Pursuing opportunities for broadening the scope of the offers and solutions that meet the customer requirements,
• Building and maintaing positive relations with both internal and external Clients,
• Project portfolio management for main Infosys Client
• Coaching in Six Sigma methodology and supporting ongoing projects

Financial Planning & Analysis Team

- Designing and creating applications and different financial reports for key customers,
- Leading and participating in different cross departamental projects,
- Creation and implementation of improvements and automations in reports prepared in MS Office application,
- Support of work in Financial Planning and Analysis department,

• Organizing and coordinating training sessions in VBA programming (Excel macros creation),
• Developing and conducting regular workshops for employees on different organizational levels and knowledge.

Logistic Claims and Complaints Handling Team

- Handling with logistic complaints and claims related to shipments between Philips stores and deliveries from the Clients,
- Constant cooperation with suppliers and transport/shipping companies from whole Europe.
- Logistic reports preparation.
- Improving daily work by automations of routine operations executed in MS Office,
