HR Reporting Specialist
• Prepare wide range of HR related Ad-Hoc reports (headcount, transfers, competitor analysis, joiners, leavers, absences, terminations, diversity) in Business Object and other tools for Investment Bank Division
• Consolidation and interpretation of multiple data sources
• Recognition and preparation of processes automation and improvements using tools like Excel VBA, Access and Business Objects
• Manage transition of various processes
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Regular reporting (on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis) for Investment Bank Division
• Data gathering from onshore partners, colleagues and Subject Matter Experts as well as various databases
• Conducting analysis and graphical presentation of the data
