Knowledge of the methodology of the project management (transfers, implementing new releases, transfers of new lines, extension of technological processes)
Achieving, monitoring and improving KPI values: LP, S&R (Scraps and Reworks), SCR (Service Call Rate), NRFT (Not Right First Time),
Production line quality management,
Material handling on production floor,
Planning, supervision and work coordination during new solutions and new products implementation production,
Cost reduction plans implementation and productivity monitoring,
Ensuring the continuity of the production process by working with departments in the plant
Solving current technical and quality issues
Acquaintance of the labour law and health and safety regulations,
Acquaintance of the technical documentation of the process (outline of the process, FMEA, audit plan, instructions of the work),
Optimizing the use of human resources and machinery in order to achieve the production targets – Lean Manufacturing,
Responsible for implementation and sustenance of:
