Access Management and Control Team Manager
Currently I supervise Active Directory and application based Access Management Team. We create and amend accounts for new users as well as amend requested access changes including access groups, shares and policies. As access control team we also maintain various kind of enhanced access tasks including access renewal process. Everything to meet SOX compliance requirements. Specifically my role as team manager is more focused on managing and balance team tasks and workload, contact with business service managers and security officers. I also look after specific, diffucult cases and escalations. I am strongly focused on process development continuosly improving its quality and transparence for business and end user.
