My responsibilities include activating of the industrial–investment market in cooperation with design offices, general contractors, switchgear manufacturers, panel builders, OEMs with respect to offers connected with production of electrotechnical and lighting equipment, entering into agreements with commercial partners, offer preparation and participation in tenders, coordinating work of offer team and project engineers, penetration and development of polish market.

Acting within this capability I successfully carried out self-authored project of implementing sales of a new specialized product for power utilities (first sales on large scale in this part of Europe). Simultaneously, I had coordinated work of ABB’s regional offices regarding remaining commercial activities of the corporation.

Building relations with power utilities in the north of Poland.
Most important executed investments include: Power Utilities Gdańsk (Zakład Energetyczny Gdańsk – Energa Gdańsk ) – construction of power networks, Power Utilities Olsztyn – construction of transformer stations, Scania Service - design and construction of installation, Northern District Management of the State Railways (Północna DOKP) – construction of a 15kV medium voltage line.
At the same time, I was managing human resources of 5-20 person teams.
From 1994 to 1996 I was responsible for creating and development of commercial, marketing and technical consultation departments in turn with firm’s development.
