THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Local network administration and hardware maintenance
- New hardware purchase and installation
- Installation of operating systems and software on workstations and providing
new employees with necessary IT support and service (e-mail account, system access, etc.)
- Local users accounts administration
- Regular support for hardware and software users at the company – troubleshooting
Contribute to the overall performance and reliability of the internal and external infrastructures
- Work with internal teams to develop programs to deliver process improvements

- Perform daily/weekly report checks to look for anomalies on our systems, with the production of a weekly dashboard.
