Provides commercially focused and top quality legal advisory to entrepreneurs in all aspects of business activity and as well full range of legal service to individuals persons.
Deputy Director of Legal Office
Main responsibilities:
• coordination of 20 lawyers team;
• participations in negotiations with contractors and clients;
• drafting of contracts, annexes and agreements;
• analyzing, verification and approving of motions, draft of resolutions for the board and supervisory board;
• participation in management board meetings;
• legal representation before courts and dealing with lawsuits in scope of company’s commercial and investment activity;
• overall legal support to company’s internal units.

Coordination of 5 lawyers team and providing legal support at following scope:
• current legal advisory to the company’s board, drafting of contracts, negotiations with contractors in the course of preparation investment of Terminal LNG at Świnoujście,
• participation in drafting of EPC/turnkey contract, FEED contract and contracts related to building site preparation;
• current cooperation with local and government authorities in the course of acquisition of land, building permit, granting of concession for re gasification activity of Terminal LNG;
• legal analyses, internal bylaws, confidential agreements and internal procurement regulations procedures;
• dealing with legal affairs in the course of tender proceedings, drawing up of documentary and specifications and essential conditions in tender proceedings;
• cooperation with banks and their advisors in the course of project finance arrangement and internal coordination in the course of SPV's due dilligence;
