Team Leader, Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Management of internal projects (e.g.: VPS, Contact Center projects),
- Definition of project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders,
- Planning, calculating projects and managing projects schedules,
- Intermediary between business and IT,
- Support for Product Managers in business analysis and project scope definition,
- Estimation of the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals,
- Drafting and submitting budget proposals,
- Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations,
- Proactive managing of changes in project scope,
- Identification of potential risks and preparation of contingency plans,
- Working together with analysts and project proposer at the stage of analysis (on creation of WBS and SRS documents as part of projects, etc.), as well as during implementation of a projects.
