• serving as a second line of support to end-users for workstation, server or mainframe applications and hardware
• remote assistance in troubleshooting LAN problems, installing and configuring hardware and software as well as messaging solutions
• day-to-day management and break/fix work of desktops, servers, BlackBerries, printers and LAN for all assigned facilities
• acting as the liaison into specialized IT support groups to assist in expediting the support processes
