Project Group Leader
Being a Project Leader, led the team established by the Management Board during financial crisis to improve financial indicators reaching 160% of the goal(margin growth) at the end.
Project Manager
• Sophisticated and unique e-shop solution invented from scratch and built together with my team. Directly connected to ABC Data internal systems with customer delivery and support managed by our business partners (dealers);
• Actively co-worked with Management Board on strategy by preparing e-commerce development plan while being a member of dedicated team just before IPO;
• Implemented unique internet tool designed for ABC Data vendors, enabling them to manage their products related data by remote access to ABC Data internal system. This enabled to enlarge the list of vendors and enhance portfolio;
• Took an active part in designing and perfecting the first on the market, unique internet system designed to support dealers in sales to commercial customers (Bu-sinessLink). Implementing this first in Poland, leading B2B solution brought additional business value to ABC Data;
• Participated in the ERP system implementation as a key tester during system acceptance phase, and then data migration.
