Responsible for:
- Establish new department that is looking to take the ANDRA business to the next level
- Research a new foreign customers in the M2M area
- Establish and keep solid relationships with international distribution partners, develop new
distributor relationships as well as oversee the cooperation with MNOs

- Management the Polish Cinterion Team
- Establishing new direct and indirect sales channels
- Coordination consolidation process between Cinterion GmbH and Gemalto in Poland
- Creating value chain for business partners and customers
- Grow Gemalto revenues for M2M modules in Poland and Baltic states for both direct and indirect
channels
- Setting up local partnerships with hardware integrator and service providers
- Negotiating an agreements and offers

My duties contained sales department work coordination and introducing new CASIO products of High-Tec products group into Polish market such as digital QV cameras, CASIO palmtops based on Windows CE Cassiopeia platform. I managed the work of Brand Managers and Sales Representatives. Responsible for business cooperation for Casio's partners and distributors in the industrial handheld business. Requires in-depth knowledge of mobile devices and Windows CE operating system.
