• In co-operation with Planning community maintain required level of service and Inventory for EMA (especially for new projects).
• Execute agreed Stage Gate strategies with NPD, Marketing, Sourcing & Planning to implement upcoming re-launches by ensure supply chain readiness.
• Collect information about all upcoming brand re-designs and inform category partners. In alignment with business partners agree brand phase-in & phase-out strategies.
• Increase awareness of the team of key launches & restages through ensuring particular products & restage data is available on the most appropriate timing and presenting to team on regular meetings. Regular revision and update of main restage activities. Ensure critical activities take place according to plan.
• Identify the need to create risk mitigation strategy for all critical inline products from demand pattern point of view (non-compliant projects, WSLs, staggered launches, capacity constraints) and update category members.
• Lead Monthly Newness Risk Review meeting with Clusters and focus on new products introduction by strategy alignment and balance service & inventory risks, afterwards communicate to Supply Planning.
• Monitor 1st production execution and readiness of internal and external partners to execute key development milestones on time. In case of lateness in development which impacts 1st production date, ensure it properly escalated and required actions are taken to minimize or mitigate the risk.
• Prevent excess generation through risk escalation and mitigation during Gate meetings and Newness Risk Review through: highlighting opportunities to reduce category complexity, like: number of language versions, units thresholds, colors, business manufacturing allocation, long LTs, capacity constraints.

• Responsible for CTP, CTD & maintaining % PFR failures, due to RIs within agreed targets for assigned vendor RIs. Managing RI inventory levels including the execution of adequate processes to manage excess and expired inventory and implementing solutions to correct adverse to plan performance.
• Develop and manage proactively the relationships with suppliers and internal business partners, including regular performance meetings.
• Ensuring materials availability on time for fixed production plan.
• Optimization and maintain planning parameters for RI’s in MRP systems.
• Maintain and support a continuous improvement culture and ongoing activities designed to drive improvements in the RI planning processes and ensure the ongoing alignment to the business needs.
• Responsible for measuring suppliers performance like OTIF, Quality issues, PO discrepancies. Service & inventory monthly reporting responsibility for assigned RIs.
• Controlling safety stocks for RI AOP and make key actions, changes to keep it on appropriate level (Oper8 super user – Project Agility).

• During work on this position I had opportunity of working with almost all active Contract Manufacturers for Avon, which manufactured make-up products.
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining the maximum level of products availability in a given category within the EMEA SC, while optimizing costs, inventory & excess.
• Co-operation with NPI dep. at implementation gate by strategy building for introduction campaign and follows.
• Products distribution on daily basis and making strategy of supplying the market with respect to the index of goods availability level.
• Identifying threats, limitations in the category and cooperating within SC, vendors, logistics and other departments in order to eliminate those.
• Capacity analysis and capacity booking for key & coming projects at CM suppliers.

• During work on this function cooperation with all active polish Contract Manufacturers (creams, gif-sets, loose powders, hot fills, packed goods).
• Execution in distribution process to achieve maximum goods availability level within EMEA region and co-operation with distribution markets based on aligned strategies.
• Cooperation with TPMs in terms of fix collection schedule and components shipment, checking stocks in external WH and ensure all needed goods will be delivered on time.
• Controlling warehouse & branches stock to re-distribution within EMEA.

• Supplying Finish Ingredients to Processing from external warehouse and controlling stocks on FI’s and components.
• Checking production plans and based on this ordering FI’s from external warehouse.
• Receiving deliveries and checking conformity between documentary and physically delivered goods.
• Checking stocks and re-solving discrepancies in delivery from componentry vendors.
• FI data base controlling and make adjustment on FI’s stock at external warehouse.
