Working as 3rd line in global support center. Responsibilities - administration, operational support, routine task and maintenance.
Support for applications using by lawyers all over the world - BigHand Digital Dictation, Microsoft Office, Nuance Power PDF (deploying for users), Workshare Protect & Compare , administration and support of iManage Worksite (all components - Servers, FileSite, DeskSite etc.) and few aplications integrated or connected to worksite (e.g. ESB Listener, Tikit Classification Manager, Milan, iKnow).
