– Compliance management: IT Security and Business Control as defined in Services Statement of Work Services Delivery Processes, DC Poland procedures and instructions, labour code and other legal requirements, compliance reporting and evidence

Full financial responsibility for own unit/business area (120 - 200 full time employees). Full responsibility for customer value creation in own organizational unit and participation in sales Manages, leads and coaches sub-managers, including their competence development.
