Summary of duties:
• Coordination of the project 'Warsaw Technology Incubator'
• Design and supervision of the project’s database, documentation system and website
• Management and participation in the commercialization process of innovative ideas, including market research, analysis of economic and innovative value, IP management, negotiations with investors
• Organization of conferences, workshops, and business to science meetings (B2S)
• Coordination of a group of specialists called ‘Entrepreneurship Managers’
• Preparation of reports on project progress and completion
• Preparation of licence and cooperation agreements
• Contact and cooperation with companies as well as public, government and financing institutions
• Supervision of project finances
End result: Successful achievement of all targets within schedule of Project
