Supervision over effective migration of all procedures previously performed locally to HQ of IC Companys A/S in Denmark, including:

o taking part in planning of Migration Process and being responsible for the whole process in Region East (PL / CZ / HU);

o making sure that all procedures are fully addressed and covered by new staff (retail department; accounts payable department, general ledger department; payroll department);

o implementation of scope of responsibility over statutory reporting (fiscal offices, social funds, national bank, statistical office, etc);

o smooth and effective handing over of accounts payable procedures in order to keep deadlines regarding payments to company’s suppliers during the migration.

1. Monitoring of sales of Jackpot, Cottonfiled, Matinique & Part Two stores in Poland, Czech Republic & Hungary.
2. Support in accounting issues for Czech and Hungarian accounting staff.
3. Analysing and reporting of financial results of these three countries to the Group (Hyperion reporting system).
4. Direct cooperation with Deloitte during audit procedures performed in IC Companys Czech Republic and IC Companys Hungary.

1. Supervision over proper performing monthly closings regarding retail accounting in the entities of IC Companys in the followings countries: Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Norway & Finland.
2. Supervision over procedures regarding stock, sales & cogs figures of retail, outlet & concession stores of brands: Jackpot, Cottonfield, Inwear, Part Two, Matinique, Peak Performance, Soaked in Luxury & Saint Tropez.
3. Monitoring and implementing of reorganization changes in SSC Department (alignment process).
4. Direct cooperation with Deloitte during audit performed in IC Companys subsidiaries.

1. Taking part in audits of consolidated and stand alone financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish statutory and international accounting standards, planning of the audit work, leading of audit teams of 2 and 3 people and being responsible for the whole process of the audit.
2. Experience in auditing companies of the following industries: retail - FMCG, real estate, healthcare, production, automotive, petroleum industry.
