Leading acquisition for commercial projects in central Poland
•Managing the expansion and investment teams from start to the successful finish, covering every aspect of the acquisition process;
•Providing & coordinating acquisition services for high development projects;
•Establishing and developing business relationships with landowners, consultants, tenants, real estate brokers, developers, housing associations along with the company’s strategy;
•Leading all acquisition activities for the organization: setting strategic goals, interact with consultants, employees and approach the land deals for the territory, negotiating transactions for large-scale commercial real estate;
•Participating in the elaboration strategic plan and annual budgets for expansion projects;
•Close cooperation with other departments involved in the projects’ realization: Technical Department, Law Department, Marketing Department;
•Cooperation with external consulting providers: i.e. law companies, architecture companies.
