- process complex requests related to Master Data objects in MSVC (Materials, Services, Vendors and Contracts), in full compliance with defined policies, Operating procedures and Work instructions of Finance Operations
- commitment to business process improvement, managing stakeholders expectations, fraud and money laundering prevention
- data collection and providing guidance to CP/AP teams
- regularly interact with internal and external stakeholders on both routine and complex matters maintaining working relationship, validation of data accuracy with foreign suppliers via telephone
- monthly learning & development sessions on Operating procedures for stakeholders providing clarity in order to get in way effective cooperation and break down barriers which may have impact on E2E results
- ensure compliance with record archival policies
- support Control Framework in internal and external audits
Experience:
- prioritizing, taking responsibility and working under pressure delivering effective results
- experience of working with suppliers in a complex, global organization
- experience of working in the changing environment involving people, processes, policy and technologies
- support the update of Operating procedures, Control documents, work instructions according to changing environment and processes
- strong business and financial acumen with ability to evaluate, analyze and solve problems, dealing with competing priorities
- communication and presentation skills to deliver information to stakeholders in understandable and succinct way
