• Co-operated closely with Hiring Managers and HR BPs,
• Contacted and approached candidates (both passive and active),
• Pre-screened and selected candidates,
• Conducted phone interviews / CBIs with candidates,
• Build and maintained a good relation with candidates and stakeholders,

• Conducted research and market mapping,
