I am responsible for interviews coordination in Great Britain and Spain. My responsibilities including:
- daily contact with recruitment team
- interview scheduling
- travel arrangements for Senior or Sales roles in Spain
- reimbursement procedure for Great Britain
- CV uploading
- updating candidates statuses in ATS
- preparing weekly report with all current positions
- opening or closing positions in ATS

Additional tasks:
- supporting recruiter in candidates sourcing and phone screening for Junior roles in Spain
- contributing to mapping prepared for British positions

PAREXEL is a global company that operates in Clinical Reserach, Informatics and Consulting.

My responsibility is to schedule interviews in accordance with KPI's and SLA's agreed with the client.

My daily duties are as follows:
- communication with recruiters in terms of new coming interview request forms
- interview scheduling through the constant contact with candidates and managers
- travel arrangements (if required)
- CV uploading
- updating data in ATS
- supporting reimbursement procedure

Supporting Senior Recruitment Specialist in current projects:
- redacting advertisements and posting them on job boards
- incoming CVs screening and searching through database for appropriate profiles
- direct search of candidates on social networks
- constant contact with candidates via phone and e-mail
