Responsibilities:
- Development and improvement of processes for working in outsourcing;
- Achievement of the execution service level target through constant interaction with copacker factories, support and control the production plan schedule;
- Participation in forecast meetings; review historical sales, market trend and seasonality items;
- Management of packaging material stock level and resupply of PM in order to guarantee PM inventory target;
- Close cooperation with Demand Planners and other departments like Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, NPS, Quality, Controlling or Logistics;
- Active involvement in NPD’s launches subject to copacker reworking through collaboration with Marketing and Purchasing dept., confirm terms and advise about the risk;
- Negotiation of quotations with copacker factories;
- Identification and development of projects for cost savings;

Responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of embellishment and co-packers production plans; analyze forecast sales and direct customer orders; check data in JDE and SNP;
- Cooperation with demand planners, planners from factory departments and close collaboration with other departments like Production, Logistic, Quality, NPI and Packaging;
- Check feasibility of orders realization; production capacity optimization; bring production to priorities;
- Keep embellishment inventory level under control;
- Support NPI at the implementation process stage, confirm terms and advise about risk;
- Project implemented: development of new planning tools;

Responsibilities:
- Development of polish and foreign suppliers;
- Maintain control complains and corrective actions with suppliers;
- Take part in warehouse and supplier audits; preparation of presentations and train warehouse teams;

Implementation of sales plans; attracting new and existing customers; building positive relationship with customers;

Taking care of customer orders; using BaksCad program; receiving complains and taking care of business corespondence;
