Team Leader, recruiting and managing sourcing team, offering customized solutions and service to both external and internal clients:

- Associate Team Leader, reporting to the Global Account Director, responsible for the off site team supporting the account.

- Main point of contact between project and delivery levels, translating long term goals and strategies into KPI for dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialists and a Coordinator.

- End to end recruitment for the F&A/ BPO, technical/ engineering, IT, sales & operations in the EMEA region.

- Account management: local point of contact for the RPO account, escalations management.

- Reporting and analysis of sourcing activities vs. short- and long- term strategy for the account.

- Market mapping through cold calling and research into competitors and recruitment trends.

- Conducting aprraisals and weekly meetings with the team and one to one meetings with team members.

- Initiating and running mentoring scheme in the Shared Management Centre for Talent Aquisition Specialists on all RPO and project accounts.

Supporting recruitment processes for both Professional and Graduate roles, gathering market knowledge and exploring candidates sourcing channels in regions of Europe, Middle East and Africa, assisting recruitment teams on-site as well as handling and coordinating recruitment processes and projects from the inception until completion, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates, interviewing and building Talent Pool.
