• actively sourcing passive potential candidates using multiple sources, including LinkedIn, Google searches and other sourcing tools
• understanding the job profile and identifying the ideal candidate profiles for the job
• searching for and documenting contact information for identified passive candidates
• administrative tasks (Virtual Assistant), including scheduling interviews and updating profiles in the ATS
• reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• managing job posts for multiple positions on multiple platforms
• participating in preliminary interviews and gathering initial data from candidates
