Matching outstanding POs with invoices and posting them onto the system. Requesting invoices from suppliers and matching them to POs and delivery dockets. Sorting outstanding invoices, in relation to accruals, for processing.

● Matching incoming Invoices and Credit Notes in relations to Purchase Orders/Goods Received

● Coding invoices onto the system with appropriate General Ledger Codes when required
● Daily cooperation with suppliers, dealing with their queries
● Assistance at month end process
● Monthly reconciliations of statements
● Assisting at processing with VAT returns

● Daily checking of cash reports
● Coding and validating the cash reports
● Coding all incoming invoices
● Inputting onto system advance payments and employees' expenses
● Primary reconcilation fo costs
● Reconciliations of invoices in relation with VAT
● Processing payments for suppliers
● Reconciling debtors and creditors accounts
● Chasing customers for payments – by phone or by post
● When required, preparing documentation nedded to appeal to the Court

● matching students applying to school to groups of their level
● accepting payments for courses
● overall office managment
● coordinating appointments with the Chairman
● coordinating replacement due to teachers' absences
● creating and implementing Excel sheet for payroll purposes – in use up to now
● creating and implementing special database for the library – in use up to now
● classification and sorting schools books – special databse also created by me

● preparing Ms Access database of Russian companies specializing in copiers
● preparing proposal of promotions for Russian market

● cost/sales analysis
● calculating the yield of margin
