• Creating and implementing leadership development processes and solutions for BA Europe East
• Creating and managing NN BA Europe East talent programs (eg. Lead4You)
• Responsible for BA successors development
• Facilitating training programs for BA managers
• Delivering workshops for international groups implementing: BA Vision, Performance Management processes and tools, Individual Development Plans (IDP)
• Managing training programs for BA managers
• Development of BA Europe East trainers
• Acting as coach and mentor for BA managers and talents
• Participating in Global and European talent programs as coach, mentor, DC/AC assessor

• Coordination of all personnel administration issues and participation in resolving difficult performance issues, ensure that all legal risk areas are identified and reported
• Supporting Finance, HR & Admin management in managing departmental KBI’s, through proper communication and control tools (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, holidays etc.)
• Constant advising on most effective operations organization and ensuring that org. charts are constantly up to date
• Ensuring best practices within motivation and retention areas (i.e. post-survey action plan implementation, new joiner’s introduction, Finance incentives, employee relations etc.)

• Implementation of Performance Management and Development processes on corporate basis or individually planned for Poland
• Management of succession planning, talent programs and design of career paths
• Planning and executing different methods of individual skill analysis (development centers, 360 feedback and/or other appropriate processes)
• Acting as coach and “subject matter expert” to the organization on issues related to development and performance management
