HR Manager, Country HR Lead
Client-Facing HR Lead for a set of countries, accountable for business partnership in creating and implementing HR policies and assuring compliance of the local entity with company global policies.
• Member of the country leadership board, building strong partnership with the management team to drive HR agenda supporting business objectives
• HR leadership role as the figure head to all leaders, managers & local employees within Poland, Slovenia and Bulgaria
• Involvement in integrated country planning meetings as HR team representative
• Managing virtual team (coordination, overview and coaching of the team members dealing with personnel administration tasks and payroll team)
• Partnering with the business to conduct regular talent reviews and performance evaluations
• Supporting creation and implementing performance improvement plans
• Driving planning and execution of restructuring activities
• Consultancy and execution of merit increase and promotion cycles
• Reviewing and adjusting company policies in HR area to match local legal requirements
• Close cooperation with company legal advisors
