Head of IT Shared Service Center
I led IT support and consulting services, including Data Center, IT Operations, Service Desk and
Low Code applications developments for 25 Clients and 3500 users. My internal team consisted
of 80+ cross-domain IT engineers responsible for critical IT infrastructure for Poland's largest
pharma distributor.
My responsibilities were:
● Delivering IT support and consulting services (100+) according to best practices
● Supervising 20 projects and lead 1 program focusing on digital transformation and cybersecurity
● Vendor management with full RFI / RFP process responsibility, contracts & licenses management
● Designing and implementing HR process for the organization
● Financial management with P&L responsibility (20m PLN), budgeting and CAPEX (7m PLN)
My main achievements:
● Implementation of 3Y strategy and roadmap focusing on Customer Experience (technology),
Digital Transformation (projects), Cybersecurity and Talents (people)
● Redesign of service model by increasing service maturity in support, projects and R&D via such
practices as ITIL, Kanban or SCRUM, achieved 99% availability, 96% NPS score
● Design cloud-based services resulting in Service catalog +20% and Project portfolio +50% Y2Y
● Building proactive 24/7 monitoring and cybersecurity observability service with enhanced
cybersecurity measures (Cybereason EDR, SOC, SIEM)
● Visual management implementation with KPI measures, priorities and reporting via JIRA and
Business Intelligence aiming services performance according to SLA 90%
● As Program Manager successfully completion of IT transformation program for Polish drugstores
chain ensuring cybersecurity and 99% availability of IT critical services (500 MD)
● As Sponsor supervising implementation of critical projects for the Pelion SA eg.:
○ Exadata replacement in data centers and migrations of all respective db services
○ High availability and Disaster recovery project for 2 DCs aiming 100% redundancy
○ Corporate new ERP system design and feasibility study
● Keeping retention according to market level with 100% development plans coverage for the team
(+) On top of the above I supported ESG reporting project, focusing on vendor management
stream where I could share my experience in vendor management on global scale

Global Applications Manager
I built from the scratch and led a successful Global Applications Team of IT experts for support
and project services for the leading chocolate and cocoa producer.
My responsibilities:
● IT service delivery across all continents, in follow the sun mode, according to ITIL, covering full
applications portfolio and serving 13,000 users
● Planning and executing transitions from projects to BAU and from one-site to near/offshore
● Managing full external IT vendors portfolio, including managed service and contracts negotiations
● As Project Manager implementations of global solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
● Financial management for cost allocation, budgeting and forecasting of OPEX (5,5m CHF)
● Representative of IT in SSC Leadership Team
(+) Additionally, I acted as a Sustainability Ambassador for the Forever Chocolate & Seeds4Change
initiatives, being the leader and sponsor for activities eg. building awareness or cleaning the planet

● Handover projects from development to RUN services (avg 50 Y2Y) enabling growth in IT
project capabilities by 30%
● Conducted RFI and RFP processes to select strategic partners for a 3-years IM/IT strategy and
successfully led 6 months transitions of 4 IT streams: SAP Basis, Analytics, Salesforce, HR SF
● Built IM/IT project capabilities in Lodz SSC engaged in global projects
● Implementation and product management for SAP Solution Manager as global solution
improving change and release process (200 MD) plus ABAP code review process (CCLM)
