- Promote CoE Wroclaw in the local community through maintaining intense cooperation with local authorities and universities;
- Act as a liaison between Polish legal entity, Credit Suisse legal group and third party legal providers for all aspects regarding proxy, bank license checks for all new functions, tax and statistical classification.

•Managing relationships between senior country management and Business Continuity team;
•Ensuring readiness by conducting business continuity and disaster recovery test;

•HP T&E process migration from Barcelona HP office to Poland;

•Performing audits of T&E claims and checking alignment with VAT regulations;
•Leading projects related to cost bucketing;
•Preparation of T&E statements for further manual bookings;
•Performing monthly/quarterly/yearly T&E costs reports for 20 countries;
•Conducting trainings and preparation of trainings materials related to reimbursement system usage for new comers.
