METER READING
▪Participation in business transfer knowledge sessions at the client site (The Netherlands)
▪Responsible for preparing documentation (manuals) of the process
▪Meter reading collection and processing to ensure timeous and accurate recording
▪Ensure that data supplied for Billing Department is ready and accurate for correct billing
▪Maintain Meter reading information on ERP system is correct
▪Perform customer service related activities, dealing with customers,
▪Perform meter reading analyzes activities,
▪Assists other departments with preparation of data, records, files, etc
▪Backs up other staff members.

SOLD SUPPLIES

▪ Responding to called-in and email inquiries from clients regarding supplies and consumables.
▪ Processing incoming orders in ERP system, responding for prices inquiries, requesting all necessary master data changes.
▪ Monitoring all deliveries are shipped to customer on time.
▪ Providing exceptional customer service at all times,
▪ Ensuring all transactions are documented appropriately,
▪ Communicating with other departments to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on time.

Assist customers to troubleshoot by providing consultative approach to problem solving.
Respond to called-in inquiries from clients regarding their products and related services.

Providing professional make up service.
▪ Advising customers on products and trends,
▪ Providing exceptional customer service at all times,
▪ Stock monitoring,
▪ Preparing presentations and trainings to the other team members regarding new products and
limited collections during 3 months inner-position as Product Specialist,
▪ Stocking, shelving, pricing, selling, merchandising,

Processing invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner with appropriate tax treatment, getting all necessary approvals, assuring documents meet legal and local
requirements,
▪ Resolving issues impacting invoices to be paid on time,
▪ Identifying potential duplicate invoices at each stage of the process before & after payment,
▪ Requesting necessary changes in vendor master data after detailed analysis handling vendor queries via e-mail and telephone,
▪ Updating the process documentation with possible changes in country specifics,
▪ Quality checks to avoid mistakes in payments,
▪ Analyze reports ( GR/IR, Debit balance, Open items ),
▪ Communicate with local Controllership concerning all necessary booking information,
▪ Answer and register all incoming queries from vendors via email and phone,
▪ Resolving any escalations related to performed duties in deadlines provided by Manager/Supervisor/ Team Leader,

Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and
prospective customers.
▪ Arranging shipments,preparing and confirming orders,handling pricing information and releasing
invoices.
