Develop the sourcing strategy for each role recruited (including web-based and direct sourcing)
Screen, qualify and reference check suitable candidates and provide short-list
Provide a high level of candidate care, keeping in contact, informing them on their status along the way and providing feedback
Interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pools

Screen candidates CVs against position criteria; interview candidates on the phone to determine suitability and obtain required information
Develop an awareness of the client’s business and the recruitment needs
Proactively source candidates utilising different methods (e.g. market mapping, job boards, social networking sites) in order to establish talent pools
Develop an understanding of how sourcing strategies are developed for each role recruited
Update the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
