Vivabox Unit Director
Main areas of responsibility and authority:
• a board member of Sodexo MS Poland
• Vision and business strategy
- responsible for preparing, implementing, monitoring and developing Vivabox Department strategy goals
- department financial management - close cooperation with Vivabox Int. HQ, and the local and area CFO’s
- budget management - P&L, CF, reporting system
- cooperating w/ all Department Directors to harmonise the goals of the parent company and its subsidiary
• Strategic marketing plan
- ensuring proper functioning of existing goals while pushing into new business areas
- formal / legal issues and internal procedures
• Management of the operational area (Production and Logistics)
- prepare and implement production plan ( B2B and C2C market )

– inspire team to perform beyond expectations
