Professional Services Department Manager
Professional Services Department is responsible for all activities related to transition and analysis on LATAM projects.
The main purpose of the Transport Optimisation Project is to provide a deep transformation in the processes and tools in the Customers' transportation network. To make this transformation effective we need to ensure a smaller impact on a daily and tools to enrich the information needed for application and project portfolio management work of all engaged people.

Transition Manager
Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Leading transition projects
- Reviewing project proposals to determine goals, time frame and procedures
- Identifying and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required tasks
- Monitoring progress against plan
- Analysing process gaps, and opportunities to improve
- Managing risks and issues registered throughout the lifecycle of a business process transition, acting as the key interface and single point of contact
- Identifying and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required tasks
- Managing overall transition program performance across defined phases and work streams
- Monitoring the progress of migration and acquiring knowledge
- Ensuring the quality and properness of the processes documentation
- Managing Service delivery – daily operations in cooperation with Customer
- Developing work plans, managing deadlines and SLAs
- Recruiting (from internal and external sources) a project or a service team to deliver required results
- Communicating with stakeholders and managing expectations on deliverables

- Negotiation Service Level Agreements and ensuring that these are met
- Monitoring service levels
- Making sure that all CONTINUOUS SERVICES and Processes, operational level agreements and underpinning contracts are appropriate for the agreed service level targets
That includes Continual Service Improvement and under this scope belongs:
• Responsibility for managing improvements to IT Service Management processes and IT services. Continually measuring the performance of the service provider and design improvements to processes, services and infrastructure in order to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and cost effectiveness.
• Process Management - planning and coordinating all Process Management activities. Supporting all parties involved in managing and improving processes, in particular the Process Owners as well as coordinating all changes to processes, thereby making sure that all processes cooperate in a seamless way.
