Working alongside company Directors and Project Managers on portfolio migrations, significantly contributing to company’s success as a leading buy-to-let mortgage lender, specialist bank and loan servicer for third parties
Managing several projects at a time, each of a value of up to £500 million and over 100 thousands accounts
Coordinating work of various teams across the Group ensuring all tasks are identified and completed within set timescales, liaising with business areas Heads and Directors
Delivering projects within agreed timeframes
Performing Due Diligence on both secured and unsecured assets, organizing, attending and taking official minutes on external and internal meetings
Overseeing and monitoring the performance of existing portfolios, reviewing and amending existing processes to improve efficiency, introducing cost saving solutions and ensuring compliance with most recent regulations
Thoroughly reviewing T&Cs, contracts and vendor’s systems to spec out any system amendments required to accommodate additional functionality
Reviewing and analysing data files provided to ensure all essential data is captured and deciding where it should be mapped to on the internal operating system
Ensuring all relevant system functionality is tested thoroughly and data fields mapped correctly prior to commencing live operations
Being responsible for creating and issuing initial communication about the accounts transfer to affected customers
Determining and preparing relevant documentation and criteria for selecting internal accounts for sale, hosting external due diligence sessions and overseeing the sale process through to completion
Being involved in designing and determining the requirements for brand’s websites and IVR system
Being a part of the Contract & Development team of the year 2011 and 2012
Maintaining relationships and negotiating at all business levels
Creating and updating relevant documentation, including Operational Models, Migration Plans, Due Diligence reports etc.
