Complete the following Customer Billing processes:
o Complete customer bonus settlement
o Complete interest calculation
o Conduct the creation, sending and archiving of invoices
o Raise credit notes for approved customer disputes and
bonuses as is required
o Handle first line customer queries from customers or
employees and pass to collections team where detailed
questions exist
o Regularly update the team leader around developments and
progress of relevant operational issues
 Develop and maintain successful working relationships with suppliers,
employees, local OpCos and other key stakeholders
 Consistently adhere to OpCo, local, Global and HGSS guidelines,

Implementation of pre approval system of intercompany charges prior to processing invoices
• Invoice processing: raising in AR books, posting in AP books
• Ensuring correct VAT treatment to transactions
• Preparation and uploading of intercompany journals
• Communication with F&A country managers
• Queries resolution
• Performing intercompany reconciliations
• Month end processes (running reports and processing month end cross charges, completing Excel matrix to ensure all accounts net to zero, ensuring all balances are confirmed and agreed)
